Agreement for the provision of services

EasyVisa World Agency IBC No. 4875283, registered at 24 Namu Atoll North, Namu Atoll, Marshall Islands, with an office located at One Pacific Place, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav., 12190 Jakarta, Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), represented by its authorized representative acting under its Charter, on the one hand, and the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), on the other hand, hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties,” enter into this agreement as follows:

1. subject of the agreement

1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with visa processing, company registration, and related services as specified in the Request submitted by the Customer.

1.2. The Customer agrees to pay the Contractor for these services according to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. rights and obligations of the parties

2.1. Contractor’s obligations:

•Provide the services within the agreed timeframe and ensure their quality.

•Keep the Customer informed about the progress of the services.

•Maintain the confidentiality of the data provided by the Customer.

2.2. Customer’s obligations:

•Provide the Contractor with all the necessary documents and information required to deliver the services.

•Make timely payment for the Contractor’s services.

•Promptly supply any additional information needed for the service execution.

2.3. Contractor’s rights:

•Refuse to provide services if the Customer supplies incomplete or incorrect information.

•Suspend the provision of services until payment is received in the event of non-compliance with payment terms.

2.4. Customer’s rights:

•Request information regarding the status of the services.

•Seek a refund if the services are not performed by the Contractor due to its own fault.

3. cost of services and payment procedure

3.1. The cost of services is determined according to the Contractor’s price list or a separate Request agreed upon by the Parties.

3.2. Payment is made in the form of 100% prepayment unless otherwise stated in an additional agreement.

3.3. Payment may be executed by bank transfer to the Contractor’s account or via any other method agreed upon by the Parties.

4. service timeframe

4.1. The timeframe for providing the services is determined individually and recorded in the Customer’s Request.

4.2. The Contractor will not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (consulates, immigration authorities, etc.).

5. liability of the parties

5.1. The Contractor is liable for:

•Properly performing the services in accordance with this Agreement.

•Safeguarding the Customer’s personal data.

5.2. The Customer is liable for:

•The accuracy of provided data and documents.

•Timely payment for the services.

5.3. The Parties shall be released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in the event of force majeure.

6. confidentiality

6.1. Each Party shall maintain the confidentiality of any information received from the other Party in the course of fulfilling this Agreement.

6.2. The Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Contractor’s privacy policy.

7. termination of the agreement

7.1. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of the Parties.

7.2. The Customer may unilaterally terminate this Agreement, subject to reimbursing the Contractor for any actual expenses incurred.

8. dispute resolution

8.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.

8.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it shall be referred to the court at the Contractor’s place of registration.

9. final provisions

9.1. This Agreement enters into force upon signing by the Parties and remains in effect until all obligations are fulfilled.

9.2. Any amendments or additions to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the Parties.
